A little about Me and how i got here...

Im not sure how far back to go... I'll try to keep it brief. We got a nicer camera when we started having kids, we had 4 in 5 years, crazy yes! A friend had asked me to do a small wedding by the water, after all I had a nice camera. Little did I know it would grow from there. One by one people were asking me to take pictures for them. My husband is definitely an entrepreneur type and suggested I start my own business and get mentored by another photographer, who I am forever grateful for, and fine tune my craft. My first thought was "Uh, NO!" He ordered me a 5D Mark i and a 50mm lens and the rest is history. I've shot it all and have honestly loved every moment. When I'm not behind the camera I love to run, read and have fun with my babies, while I can still call them that without them getting too upset. As my oldest is approaching 12 I've realized more and more how fleeting time is and how I want to spend less time being so rigid and busy and more time laughing and enjoying them. Families are so important and the connections within them even more important. My heart, my passion...capturing the love within families and have fun doing it.  I want the pictures hung on the wall to not just be great family pictures but a fun experience as well. We're always too busy, lets take a time out, laugh a little and capture the personalities and love that tell your family's story :)
